Capacity Optimization, Bengaluru, India.

• Owned technical direction, architecture, and evolution of the core planning engine for global capacity optimization and defragmentation, balancing utilization, workload constraints, reliability, and service SLOs.
• Designed and implemented performance-critical Go algorithms and data structures for capacity rebalancing, data-center evacuation, and regional workload movement.
• Profiled planner bottlenecks, simplified high-throughput scheduling paths, and improved compute and storage utilization while preserving safety and operability.
• Used operational evidence to challenge broad claims of high toil, distinguish measured customer pain from assumed demand, and redirect roadmap investment toward higher-impact solutions.
• Resolved ambiguity in requirements and communication for service teams affected by capacity changes, including teams that had not requested the change themselves.
• Resolved conflicting priorities across Hardware Provisioning, SRE, Core Infrastructure, and service teams by establishing shared metrics, constraints, trade-offs, and decision criteria.

AirWatch Softsync Solutions Pvt. Ltd., formerly VMware EUC. Joined during Omnissa's formation and a compressed ownership transition.

• Provided technical leadership across multiple newly formed India engineering teams and led the handover from the China organization, establishing a structured transition plan, ownership map, shared review practices, and escalation mechanisms.
• Resolved ambiguity in ownership and execution for a group without a direct manager, establishing planning, stand-up and sprint practices, cross-team coordination, delivery accountability, and technical decisions as an individual contributor.
• Allocated engineers to projects by balancing delivery priorities, technical strengths, learning goals, and career aspirations, while encouraging candid technical and organizational discussion.
• Owned technical performance assessment for engineers in the group, coached Staff and Senior Engineers, and guided peer technical leaders in adjacent teams.
• Developed VDI expertise and accelerated team ramp-up through mentoring in Windows and Linux drivers, operating-system internals, debugging, and platform architecture.
• Proposed a roadmap balancing engineering efficiency, debuggability, reliability, customer-support turnaround, and selectively prioritized high-demand features.
• Contributed code across multiple initiatives, received an Exceeded Performer rating, and was recognized by senior leadership for effective individual-contributor leadership.

Atlassian India LLP, India.

• Clarified ambiguous compliance requirements and defined technical direction for a platform monitoring legal and regulatory obligations, with the aim of improving customer confidence.
• Architected data-residency compliance testing, removed nonessential components, and simplified the design to reduce maintenance cost while supporting future feature expansion.

Adobe Systems India. Work across Illustrator and Adobe Campaign Classic.

• Replaced an exponential corrupted-file recovery algorithm with a linear one: recovery of a 600 MB file fell from six hours to 1 second, and a 2 GB file from weeks to 1.2 seconds.
• Re-architected recovery storage and caching, reducing the temporary footprint of an 80 MB workflow from 16 GB to a few kilobytes and eliminating severe disk constraints.
• Led a reliability and concurrency redesign for Illustrator that exceeded stability targets in roughly half the planned time and staffing.
• Developed telemetry and profiling techniques to identify runtime regressions, isolate root causes, and guide ongoing performance optimization.
• Served as software architect for multiple Adobe Campaign Classic components, including design, implementation, and data-migration strategy for the global ACC v8 rollout.
